Summary

Initial release of Crescent, hyper performant & hackable code forge.

This project has been a fun experiment which I used to teach myself how to
write Rust. I have also always wanted to do a code hosting platform generally
since I've never been *quite* happy with the many open (and closed) ones that
are out there.

There is tons more work to do before this can be viable alternative!

Notably:

* Implement collaboration features, mostly likely via mailing lists but also
possibly with some alternative federated mechanism.
* Implement CI/CD
* Implement a GraphQL API
* Implement some kind of centralized discovery service
* Implement Search
* ????
